A Glass of Tiramisu [Guest of the Week]

Thank you to Exquisite&Delicious for the opportunity of share my recipe with all of you!


10 plain chocolate  biscuits
250 ml of double cream
2 shots of espresso coffee
2 table spoons of icing sugar
Cocoa powder to decorate



Chop your chocolate biscuits.
Then get ready your tiramisu cream. Add the sugar at the cream and start whipping with an electric whisk. When is done add the espresso shots and stir from the bottom to the top.
When the colour is uniform you have all your ingredients ready and you only need to put them together!!
In your favourite glass pour a 1cm layer of the coffee cream and a 1cm of chopped biscuits. Carry on until the glass is full.
Cover the top of the glass with the cocoa powder.
Store in the fridge for at least 4 hours before serving.
