Horseradish
Blinis (or crumpets or just bread)

Starter Portion for Two
- Start by grilling your blinis, around five per person. When they're toasted, leaving them aside.
- In mean time, squirt some ketchup (roughly 3 tablespoons) in a small bowl and mix with a teaspoon of horseradish. Mix the two ingredients well and have a taste to make sure the balance is right.
- Butter your blinis, add a slice of smoked salmon and a dollop of horseradish on the top.
- Decorate the plate with your ketchup and horseradish mix so that you can dip your smoked salmon blinis in the sauce.
- Add some lemon slices as the lemon juice brings out the flavour of the salmon and serve up whilst the blinis are still warm.
